What it's about
Set in a remote farming village during 1972, the story follows Yak as he returns from military duty to find his younger sister Yam afflicted by a mysterious illness tied to an encounter with a woman in black. Her condition deteriorates into trance states and violent possession despite the family's desperate attempts at spiritual intervention and medical transport. The supernatural force proves resistant to conventional exorcism rituals and physical confrontation, escalating its attacks even after apparent victories. What begins as a sibling rescue mission transforms into an exhausting war against an entity that feeds on familial bonds and refuses to be permanently banished.
