What it's about
Based loosely on the story of Melissa Weaver,who at age 10,contracted a rare form of cancer. Her father loses his job when he takes too much time away from work to care for his family during this difficult period.Enraged, both Melissa and her father decide to fight to change the law which allowed him to be fired in the first place. A primary role came in the form of the President Of USA, Bill Clinton, who signed the Family and Medical Leave Act thus ensuring no other family would have to go through what the Weavers did.
