What it's about
Shanmugham, known affectionately as Benz, lives a contented life as a taxi driver in the hill town of Ranni, cherishing his black Ambassador car above all possessions. A former cinema stuntman haunted by a tragic accident that claimed his best friend's life, he has found peace in his simple existence with wife Lalitha and their children. When police seize his beloved car in connection with a drug case, Shanmugham's world begins to crumble, forcing him to confront dangerous forces and his own buried past to reclaim what defines his very identity.
