Where to Watch Under the Sign of Virgo (1973) in Canada

What it's about

What drives a woman into prostitution? Are grave necessity, a fateful encounter or the love of money decisive factors that push one into a bleak world of abuse and self-degradation? With this in mind, Koula, a disillusioned freelance streetwalker, recounts to her prying customers three different versions of three diverse itineraries in her life, pivoting around the insufferable burden of poverty and the allure of success; a fateful event and the ugly face of an absurd tradition--and finally--the shattered dreams of a newly married woman and the ultimate sacrifice for a loved one. Under the sign of Virgo, three unusual and distinct realities define a single woman. Which story is real?
