For this he needs to hand things from Li Wei ( Desiree Siahaan , "Marco Polo" ), the daughter of the governor, where he immediately falls in love with . Coincidentally, Li Wei is just looking for a suitable marriage partner . But there is a lot of competition from the Prince from the North ( Rupert Graves, ' V for Vendetta ' ) , which appear to be politically given the right choice for the governor . Li Wei , however, is charmed by Devil Boy and persuades her father to subdue her suitors to a series of difficult tests.
